Despite your loud applause at every moment of the event and countless congratulations from parents, judges, coaches, sport clubs, it is very important for us that you give us your own evaluation and describe this experience to us from your perspective, so that we can continue steadily to the next step, improving and adjusting the content and the form of this effort, with the sole aim of becoming even better.

Organizing an international rhythmic gymnastics tournament IRA Creta Cup

Although a newly established sports organization, having been founded only in 2012, we are making a huge effort to develop the sport of Gymnastics in recent years in Crete.

Last year, we proudly managed to organize the 4o Pangritio meeting Rhythmic Gymnastics with great success. More than 150 female athletes from all the sports clubs and gymnastics clubs of Crete participated, while the Stadium was overwhelmed by a crowd of people who watched the games. Our effort was supported by the Deputy Ministry of Sports, the Region of Crete, the Municipality of Heraklion and well-known healthy businesses of our city. Read more

First aid seminar, a necessary skill in sports

Accidents can happen anywhere, but especially in sports venues where the hours of stay as well as the burdens, both physical and psychological, are more, especially when you are dealing with competitive sections.

Maria Ximeraki won gold at the 1st Balkan Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship

A triumph for our athlete Maria Ximeraki, who was selected to represent the Greek team in the 1st Balkan Championships held in Montenegro from September 15 to 17, after not only passing through the final without an instrument but managing to tie for 1η place together with Romanian ILIESCU Iris and Serbian Rekic Melina with 19100 points and won the Gold medal. Sports, a unique escape

The problem

We live in days when children sink into a sofa with a mobile phone or tablet in hand. We live in the days when parents' non-stop work deprives them of the opportunity to do activities with their children, while tutoring, especially etc., occupy the children's minimal free time for most of the day.

If we add the financial problem to the equation, we will see families who stop their children for a few months during the year to save 1-2 subscriptions, thus increasing the time the children stay in an apartment.
