Sports, a unique escape
The problem
We live in days when children sink into a sofa with a mobile phone or tablet in hand. We live in the days when parents' non-stop work deprives them of the opportunity to do activities with their children, while tutoring, especially etc., occupy the children's minimal free time for most of the day.
If we add the financial problem to the equation, we will see families who stop their children for a few months during the year to save 1-2 subscriptions, thus increasing the time the children stay in an apartment.
The most critical ages seem to be from 10 to 16 years old. The ages when play in the toy room cannot meet the increased needs of the child entering pre-adolescence.
So the only interesting thing in the house seems to be the internet and electronic games.
The solution
The child's exposure to a sport will significantly reduce the child's screen time. If we consider that during the training the child will not only exercise but mainly "play", then we have largely covered the relaxation that is needed as a child.
Of course there is no need to say about the multiple benefits of socialization, discipline, training, armoring of the spirit and proper physical development. While many times the child in a group will meet the need to make contact with friends without having to go out to "urban hangouts" which we know are surrounded by dangers.
Here we come to another important part, which is the number of training sessions.
A child at this age needs an increased number of training units because within this time frame he must be taught, exercise, play and also talk with other children (hang out). While proper physical development will never come if training is so little that it cannot compensate for the "bad" calories that a child consumes at this age.
It is typical that even in the summer holidays, children of these ages continue training as for them it is not the inconvenience that their parents think. For them it is company and play.
As parents we want the child to read, rest, eat but we forget the most important.
To have mental and physical health!
Therefore, in the way of life that most of us have in the urban centers in 2023, the solution is one:
sport ...
sport ...
sport ...
